Our NDIS Services
At Sense of Care we offer a range of Mobile Therapeutic Supports to suit your
individual needs.
We also offer a range of plan implementation and coordination supports to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan.
Our Care Services
At Sense of Care, we offer in home and Community Access support.
This may include support with meal preparation, self-care or cleaning. For some it might include assistance to attend appointments, shopping or social activities.
