Therapy Session

What is your new client procedure?

Once we receive a new referral we will be in touch within 2 business days to have a chat about how we can best support you. If we feel that one of our team members may be a good match for you, we collate some information through our intake process and set a time for you to meet your Therapist, Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach.

Does the NDIS pay for this service?

Yes, as long as you have funding in  the CB Daily Activity category of your NDIS plan we, the NDIS will cover the cost of your Therapeutic Supports.  CB Support Coordination funding will allow you to access the Support Coordination or Recovery Coaching Services. If you are not quite sure about the funding you have, we are happy to assist you with some additional information and support.

Wait times vary based on the  service your require and your location. We will endeavor to provide an accurate estimate as to when your services will commence.
